be a star in our constellation.

At North Star we recognise that contractors are too often left on the outside.

We want to do things differently (read below for more)

If you’d like to be part of our journey, you can register your interest for our associate network below.

If you’re a good fit, we’ll arrange an informal conversation and keep you in mind for upcoming opportunities.

when it comes to contractors -
we’re different.

  • We regularly review our prices and margins to maximise our day rates

  • Contractors are often left on the outside, excluded from communities of practice or other opportunities.

We believe if you’re a part of our team, you’re a part of our team.

  • Ever been pulled off a client with a poor excuse?

Not here. Honesty is a core value at North Star.

  • We love to reward great work, we’re regularly looking for ways to reward our workforce, including our contractors

  • Worked with an absolute star? Let us know who they are!

If they successfully complete an engagement with us, you’ll be rewarded.

  • Let’s face it, contracting can be lonely.

We create opportunities for our contractors to come together, learn from each other and socialise in whichever ways we can (always optional of course!)
